Educational Qualification

Applicants need a full-time Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Technology, or in Production, Production & Industrial, Manufacturing, Railways, or Mechatronics & Automobile Engineering (or a combination of these), from a university or institution recognised by AICTE. Salary Details

Selected candidates will be placed in an IDA pay scale of ₹40,000-1,40,000, with pay fixed at the minimum of the scale on joining. In addition to Basic Pay, candidates will receive Dearness Allowance, fixed/variable allowances, Performance Related Pay, medical facilities, HRA/lease accommodation, and superannuation benefits including PF contribution and gratuity.

Selection Process

Selection happens over three stages — a written test, document scrutiny, and a final interview, with the written test carrying 60% weightage and the interview 40% in the overall selection.
