Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess, as on 02/06/2026, a Bachelor's Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Chemical / Bio-Technology / Mining / Environmental Engineering from a recognized University/UGC-recognized institution, or qualified in Sections A & B of AMIE (India) Civil Examination. OR a B.Tech/B.E in any branch with a PG Degree in Environmental Engineering from a recognized University/institution. Degrees obtained through Distance Education must be recognized by UGC/AICTE/DEB.
Selection Process
- Written Examination (Objective Type) – CBRT or OMR based, as decided by the Commission
- Paper I: General Studies & General Abilities – 150 Marks (Bilingual: English & Telugu)
- Paper II: Concerned Subject – 300 Marks (English Only)
- Total Marks: 450 | Qualifying marks: OC/Sportspersons/EWS – 40%, BC – 35%, SC/ST/PH – 30%

Salary / Pay Scale
Selected candidates will draw a pay scale of ₹54,220 – ₹1,33,630/- per month as per Telangana State Government pay rules, along with other allowances admissible.
