Educational Qualification

Selected candidates will undergo a two-year training programme at CSL, Kochi, and will be paid a monthly stipend as detailed below:

Continuation into the second year of training depends on a performance evaluation at the end of the first year. Based on organisational need, vacancy position, and individual performance, high-performing trainees may later be considered for contractual engagement of up to 5 years, entirely at CSL's discretion. Selection Process
