Educational Qualification

Selected candidates start with a one-year On-the-Job Training period before regularization, both at the same pay level, plus a strong set of PSU benefits once regularized.

Selected candidates must sign a service bond — ₹5,00,000/- for General/OBC-NCL/EWS and ₹2,50,000/- for SC/ST/PwBD candidates — committing to serve at least three years after training.
